Megz is a dedicated Registered Nurse, Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM), and Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) licensed in Montana and Wyoming, with over two decades of experience in nursing and advanced practice care. Born and raised in New England, she relocated to Montana in 2020 with her family, drawn by the region’s natural beauty and spirit of adventure.

Her career began in 2002 in maternity, labor, and delivery, where she spent seven years supporting individuals and families during one of life’s most transformative experiences. From 2010 to 2021, she provided full-scope midwifery care—guiding patients through prenatal, intrapartum, and postpartum care with compassion and expertise. Over the past four years, Megz has specialized in gender-affirming care, offering inclusive, evidence-based services to transgender and non-binary individuals. Her practice is rooted in health equity, informed choice, and building trusting patient relationships.

A passionate advocate for holistic care, Megz believes in the symbolism of the Phoenix—a reminder that growth, rebirth, and renewal are woven into every life journey. Whether supporting gender-diverse individuals in their transitions or empowering patients through life’s changes, she strives to see, hear, and uplift those often overlooked by traditional healthcare systems.

In 2021, Megz transitioned from hospital-based care to telehealth, expanding access to primary care, STI testing/treatment, PrEP, mental health management, menopause support, and gender-affirming hormone therapy across Montana and Wyoming.
